Ordering note: The initial "price" of this item is $0, therefore, the "add + $" notation along side the certificate you select adjusts the item to the correct amount when it's placed in your shopping cart.

If you are ordering a gift certificate only (without any other merchandise), your receipt will show an $9.95 shipping charge plus any applicable sales tax. HOWEVER, these charges will be REMOVED and the total adjusted BEFORE your credit card is authorized. Your e-mail confirmation WILL show tax and shipping, but the receipt you receive with the certificate will reflect the true amount charged. Sorry for any confusion this may cause.
